My Sinningia leucotricha decided to bloom! There are so many flowers compared to last year as well. I did give it a good dose of my new fertilizer that supposedly encourages flowering, so maybe that’s why.
Just look at it! This is Sinningia leucotricha’s most adorable stage of growth. The little hairs are covering the leaves, protecting them from the harmful sun rays. I think every new leaf is growing several flower buds, too. I can’t wait to see them bloom in a few weeks.
The caudex on the biggest plant has grown from 1 to 3 cm in like 2,5 months. It’s going to surpass the adult plant I bought several months ago.
I decided to keep this one and give away the rest of the seedlings when they’re a bit older.
So much growth in such a short amount of time. The first pic was taken 2 months ago.
They’re doing extremely well at the moment and I’m starting to think it would be better if they were planted separately.
