Gibbaeum Comptonii, 3 months.
Most of the baby leaves have dried out. I’m now left with mini versions of adult gibbaeum!

They look like little planets in space :3
I found a pink one. I wonder if it stays this color as it grows up.
This beautiful seedling looks almost lonely. Like all of the other seedlings, they’ve been transferred to a bigger pot and spread out to make sure they have all the room they need to grow big.
I really love the perfectly smooth and clean leaves they’re developing!
The first seedling is already working on its first pair of adult leaves!
When you’ve gotten used to working with slow growing mesembs (yes, I’m looking at you, Lithops), everything else grows like weeds.
My Gibbaeum seedlings only just started to color up and grow. They looked like Lithops seedlings for the first 3 weeks, which is why I haven’t done any updates until now.
Gotta admit they’re adorable, though.
