Pleiospilos nelii, 2 months

Some weirdos are starting to pop up. I’m excited to see what will happen to the bottom right one.

Two leaves have been growing upside down underneath their cotyledons, eventually wearing the old leaves like a hat. Had to separate them prematurely to make sure the real leaves were getting enough light.

Will probably only water when the biggest leaves start shrinking, like adult Pleiospilos. No root rot will get the chance to kill these babies!
